Fred is the founder and CEO of Sarenne Capital, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in building and scaling platform businesses in the residential real estate space. Current portfolio companies include Zoom Casa, the leading homeownership enablement platform, and DwellAI, the only fully integreated design, build, and financing solution for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

Fred lives in Southern California. He earned a JD/MBA from the University of Southern California, and a BA from UCLA, where he graduated with honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
